The Attric EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) is a powerful, simple to use answer to a company’s document management needs. It is a web based solution utilising the .NET 2.0 framework and stores data on the robust Microsoft SQL Server 2005 platform.

Attric’s Document Control Team publishes documents to the EDMS which are made available in .PDF form to their clients’ user bases via a web browser. Attric’s challenges were to lower the cost of ownership for the client, make the solution available to a broader range of clients and eliminate the substantial capital outlay of a site based server solution.

2. Solution
