Email from my web form is not reaching my own mail server

If you are using a 3rd party mail provider for a Plesk domain, disable the mail feature.

Failure to do this will mean emails coming from a form on your web site will be directed to the local mailbox and therefor will not be delivered to the 3rd party mailbox.
