How to upgrade a package (memory/disk space/support/IPs etc.)

Login to your Client Area, then:

From the Services menu, select My Services.

Select View Details for the appropriate service.

From the Management Actions menu, select Upgrade/Downgrade Options.

Make your changes.

For customers paying via paypal/Credit Card, your upgrade will be processed once payment has been made.

If you have a PayPal Subscription set up, the subscription amount wil also be amended.
